I am writing to inform you that the work provided by Spencer Collision on our Cadillac CTS-V was performed in the upmost professional manner I have ever experienced with an auto body shop in my entire life. Very Honest, Very Meticulous, Very Diligent and Very Caring about the work he performed on our car. We are extremely happy with the end result of his work. You honestly cannot tell it was in an accident. We asked to have the car detailed after the repairs, and when we went to pick up the car it looked like it was on the showroom floor. PERFECT!
We are so happy that Liberty Mutual and Spencer Collision have such a good working relationship with one another. The end result is flawless. Douglas Spencer is top notch in our book, and if anything should ever happen again, God forbid, we will certainly return to his shop.

If you're looking for a body shop within the area, this is the place to go! They do amazing work! My mother has a 2006 Toyota Corolla and was hit on the passenger rear panel really bad with scratches along the whole side. She asked if I knew of a great body shop, I said absolutely!! Spencer Collision and ask for Doug. He's not only a great guy but his shop is as well. They made my mother's 2006 look like it was a 2017 by the paint job. Simply amazing!
